We believe every seeker deserves a guide. And every Buddhist community deserves to be found.
I’ve been fortunate to have the Dharma shape my life in very real ways. I volunteered at Plum Village in Thailand, where the gentleness of Thich Nhat Hanh’s tradition seeped into everything — the way we walked, ate, even washed the dishes. And I volunteered at Fo Guang Shan in Taiwan, where I was moved by how naturally kindness and community lived together under one roof.
I’m also an alumna of the Humanistic Academy of Life Arts, a program offered by Fo Guang Shan in the Philippines. That chapter of my life quietly rewired something in me. I hope you find this website useful and guide you to the path.
